Dr. Arasada conducts research focuses on understanding novel aspects of EGFR family members in breast and lung cancers and identification of drug resistance mechanisms to EGFR and HER2 inhibitors.  His research interests include identifying novel drug targets, as well as validating and developing the novel therapeutic strategies to inhibit cell proliferation including stem cell like cell population which are major causative heterogeneous tumor cell population leads to drug resistance.
