Dr. Wu focuses her clinical and research work on developing new combinations of targeted therapies for colorectal malignancies with a main focus on KRAS mutated tumors. She is also working actively to discover new markers that may help stratify colon cancer genetically, particularly looking at prognostic and therapeutic implications of microsatellite instability in colon cancers. She is a member of the Phase I Solid Tumor Group Committee and Process Improvement Team for Clearance for Chemotherapy Project.
