Nathan Richards, MD

Nathan was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and is proud to be a native to the desert. He attended the University of Arizona in Tucson for his undergraduate degree in Physiology and, after this, he moved to Ohio to attend medical school at The Ohio State University. While attending medical school and volunteering at the Columbus Free Clinic, he met his wife, Rebekah, who was also a medical student. They got married in medical school and couples matched at OSU into Med-Peds and Emergency Medicine. They have one son, SJ (Stephen James) who is 7 months old. In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, walking his Aussie (named Tobie), hiking (when he can get back to the mountains out West), being involved with his church, and playing guitar and singing. After his chief year, he is planning to do general med-peds and resident education.
