Message from the Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program Directors

                                                                                      
Welcome to the web page for The Ohio State University Sleep Medicine Fellowship Training Program! We appreciate your interest in our program and we hope you find this site informative.

Our program's goal is to provide our fellows with a well-rounded academic experience. They will work with an excellent group of sleep medicine clinicians and scientists, and be exposed to a diverse group of clinical patients. In addition, opportunities to participate in clinical or bench research will be given in an area of interest to the fellows. Upon completion of the fellowship, our fellows will be armed with the scientific knowledge and clinical skills to be an excellent clinician in the area of sleep medicine.

In addition to our core sleep medicine faculty, the fellows will have exposure to faculty in neurology, psychiatry, ENT, and dentistry as these disciplines interact closely with our program. We also work in conjunction with Nationwide Children's Hospital Sleep Center to provide the fellows an experience in pediatric sleep medicine. The combined resources of the various disciplines offer an outstanding opportunity for training.

The Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program Directors have requested that the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) conduct a match program. The Ohio State University Sleep Medicine Fellowship Training Program will participate in the NRMP starting with the July 1, 2012 positions.
