Research Interests
My research is focused primarily on asthma and specifically on translational research projects investigating both pharmacologic and non pharmacologic therapies for asthma. We also have an active research program investigating exercise-induced bronchospasm in competitive and recreational athletes. Our asthma research center is involved in a national clinical research network funded by the American Lung Association and we also have ongoing projects funded by the NIH, other non-for-profit foundations and pharmaceutical companies.
