Dr. Liebner’s clinical and research experience have made him a valuable addition to the Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center. With clinical expertise in Sarcoma and Melanoma and a research focus in Cancer Bioinformatics, Dr. Liebner has been involved with many clinical trials and publications which span a variety of fields. He recently completed a T32 Research Fellowship at Ohio State in the field of Computation Biology with a focus on melanoma biomarkers. He continues to be motivated by his research vision which is to develop and leverage computational tools to improve prognostic and predictive models in sarcoma and melanoma. In particular, Dr. Liebner is interested in integrating data from RNA expression, next-generation sequencing, and public cancer databases in order to help guide treatment decisions.
