Our Mission
The mission of the Division is to continue as a national leader in the field of Medical Oncology while developing a molecular approach to medicine for the 21st century. This is being accomplished by the organization of tumor-specific multidisciplinary teams working in close collaboration with surgical and radiation departments; a strong emphasis is placed on cancer prevention through clinical trials and a personalized approach to care through molecular evaluation of tumor specialties.
