Dr. Liscynesky joined the faculty in 2012 after completing her Infectious Diseases Fellowship at OSU in 2011 and a third year of fellowship in 2012. In July of 2012 Dr. Liscynesky joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor in Infectious Diseases. She will be staffing our James Hospital Consult Service and the physician lead for infection control in the James Cancer Hospital.
Dr. Liscynesky’s clinical interests include infections in immunocompromised hosts, particularly patients with cancer. Her research interests include catheter related blood stream infections, ambulatory bacteremias and infection control.
