Thank you for your interest in the Ohio State University Division of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program. Eligibility criteria for application to the program include the following:

  • MD or DO
  • US Citizenship, Permanent Resident, or J1 Visa Status through ECFMG
  • Completed 3 years of US internal medicine residency or combined medicine/pediatric residency training that is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

Our application process consists of an online application through ERAS

The application will require the following materials:

  • Complete CV
  • Personal Statement
  • Three Letters of recommendation (one must be from a Hematology and/or Oncology faculty member)
  • Proof of Citizenship
  • Medical School Transcripts
  • USMLE Board Score Reports
  • ECFMG Certificate (if applicable)
  • Recent Photograph

Applications will be accepted through March 1.  Interviews will be conducted from February to April.
