Dr. Abdel-Rahman is a trained anatomic pathologist. Co-advised by a clinician and a basic scientist-translational investigator, his clinical cancer genetics fellowship research project involves the molecular genetics of heritable and sporadic uveal melanomas. Through this fellowship, he will become a cancer genetic pathologist able to educate his patients about cancer genetic findings. Go here for more about Dr. Abdel-Rahman.
