Jameslink® Project Web-based program for self-reported family history data acquisition and cancer risk assessment. All users of the computer program receive a tailored letter stating a qualitative level of risk (high, moderate, low), appropriate recommendations for screening, and a recommendation for cancer genetic counseling for those at high risk. Over 9,000 patients, family members and the general public have now used this program. This program is also being used in a public health campaign about cancer and family history.
