NOW ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS!

The Division of General Internal Medicine has added seven new Primary Care Providers to our faculty who are ready to care for you and your family.

Our physicians at CarePoint Lewis Center, conveniently located off Route 23 in Delaware County, are prepared to serve patients from newborn to adult. This facility offers a variety of specialized services such as Cardiovascular Medicine, Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy, Radiology, and several more.

At CarePoint East, located just off the Leonard Avenue exit at I-670 on Taylor Avenue, our physicians are ready to work with you from your inpatient stay at University Hospital East to your post discharge follow-up care in our primary care office. To better serve this growing community, this facility also offers medical care in the areas of Cardiac/Pulmonary, Rehabilitation, Endocrinology/Diabetes, Infectious Disease, laboratory services, Occupational Medicine and several other specialized services.

Both of these locations offer the same convenience, quality, accessibility, free parking, and amenities offered by our other CarePoint locations.

Through the development of our Patient Centered Medical Home model, all of our physicians consider your healthcare a team approach and may choose to include one or more of the following team members: a Medical Assistant (MA), social worker , RN, pharmacist and /or a Nurse Practitioner. Please be reassured your relationship with your physician will continue as before but will offer you access to the additional services offered by the Medical Home Team.

Please see the "About the Division" Tab for more details on all of our General Internal Medicine ambulatory locations.
