Dermatology Grand Rounds
The Ohio State University Division of Dermatology holds grand rounds on the third Wednesday of every month. The meeting is approved for 2 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. The meeting begins at 6:30 PM and consists of patient viewing followed by a discussion of the cases and review of the biopsy specimens. The meeting is open to physicians, physician assistants, medical students, nurses, and allied health students. Professional atire is required for the patient viewing. It is recommended that individuals wishing to attend call 614-293-4434 prior to the meeting to confirm that there have not been any schedule changes.
Central Ohio Dermatology Society
The Central Ohio Dermatology Society meets several times a year, either in conjunction with OSU grand rounds or independently for dinner meetings. Individuals interested in membership can contact Dr. Gwyn Londeree at 614-442-1012.
Ohio Dermatological Association
The Ohio Dermatological Association is the statewide organization representing dermatologists in Ohio. An annual scientific meeting is held in the Fall. Further information can be accessed on their website at: http://www.ohderm.org/.
