  • PARTICIPATION IN MEANINGFUL RESEARCH

    • Development of a project to be completed during fellowship training
      • Presentation of data within the division of cardiovascular medicine at OSU
      • Presentation of data at a national meeting
      • Manuscript submission and publication


  • PARTICIPATION IN HLRI RESEARCH CURRICULUM

    • Fellows are expected to attend 80% of the HLRI research conferences during their dedicated research months (in addition to the usual clinical fellowship curriculum)
      • HLRI Research in Progress
        • Fridays
      • HLRI Discovery Series
        • Approximately 2 per month


  • ADHERENCE TO RESEARCH TIMELINE

    • Fellows will adhere to the timeline outlined by the fellowship research committee, and insufficient progress will result in suspension of clinical duties until resolved
