Board Certified In Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Electrophysiology
Dr. Charles Love is Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He is also Director of Arrhythmia Device Services and Associate Investigator, Dorothy M. Davis Heart & Lung Research Institute, all at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Known around the world as an expert and leader in techniques of pacemaker lead removal, Dr. Love is an internationally sought speaker on pacemaker technology. He has made hundreds of presentations in venues ranging from the XII World Congress on Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology in Hong Kong to the 8th Advanced Didactic Course on Cardiac Pacing in France. He has been published a number of times in peer-reviewed journals such as Pacing and Clinical Electrophysiology. Dr. Love has been investigator or co-investigator of numerous investigations, including National Institutes of Health-funded Mode Selection Trial. He is a member of several professional societies including the American College of Cardiology, The Heart Rhythm Society, and the American Heart Association.
