Dr. Curt J. Daniels is clinical assistant professor of Internal Medicine and clinical assistant professor of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, The Ohio State University. He is director, Adolescent/Young Adult Congenital Heart Disease Clinic, The Ohio State University and Columbus Children’s Hospital; director, Pulmonary Hypertension Services, The Ohio State University; and assistant director, Cardiology Fellowship Program, The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Daniels’ research includes being the principle investigator of a CHI grant to study serum markers of heart failure in congenital heart disease and Ohio State's principle investigator of a multicenter study to evaluate exercise capacity in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension. He is the author or co-author of numerous articles and abstracts in peer-reviewed publications such as Journal of the American College of Cardiology, Circulation and Progress in Pediatric Cardiology. He has authored books/chapters from Adolescent and Young Adult Congenital Heart Disease and the Adult Clinical Cardiology Self-Assessment Program 5 and 6 (ACCSAP), and is an international presenter and member of numerous professional societies.
Experience
Dr. Daniels has been practicing medicine more than 10 years and is also trained in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
