The goal of the Ohio State Department of Internal Medicine is to prepare our residents for successful careers as clinicians, educators, and investigators. We provide state of the art facilities, a strong educational environment, and a flexible training curriculum with four distinct training pathways. These include the traditional categorical pathway, a combined program in internal medicine and pediatrics, an American Board of Internal Medicine research track, and an internal medicine preliminary year.
