Scott grew up in West Virginia where he obtained a B.S. in Biology and his M.D. from West Virginia University.  He completed his combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency from The Ohio State University where he will stay on as a chief medical resident.  Scott will then stay at OSU to complete a pulmonary/critical care fellowship starting July 2010.  He is an avid dog lover and enjoys camping, live music and reading a good novel.
